You can pay for your order via the MB Way payment system. In this payment method, you must indicate the mobile phone number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the indicated purchase confirmation steps.

After completing all the necessary data to complete the purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Origo X Têxteis Unipessoal Lda. recommends checking the SPAM or junk folder if you do not receive the email with your order data.

Delivery service (shipping) is provided by CTT Expresso and Simple Registered Mail.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, on business days, after the order is completed with payment and receipt of proof of payment. Shipments are duly identified with the order number, so that the objects can be tracked using the information provided in the shipping notification email.

Your order will only be sent after payment.

Orders will be delivered within:
1 to 4 working days, for orders sent to Mainland Portugal;
5 to 15 working days, for orders sent to the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira and international orders.

However, these deadlines may not be met if they coincide with national holidays, and an extra day may be required to send out the order.

Any delay verified in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

To return or exchange any item(s) purchased on the Origo X Têxteis Unipessoal Lda. website, send the item(s) together with the invoice, duly signed, to the address:

Exchanges and/or returns are only accepted within 14 days of order delivery.

In order for the return/exchange to be accepted, the articles must comply with the following criteria:

• Return of items in proper conditions of use;
• Return of items with all the labels, including the price tag;
• Return of items without having been used or washed.

Shipping costs in case of return and/or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of transport will only be refunded in the event of an error on the part of Origo X Têxteis Unipessoal Lda.

The monetary adjustments to be made will be communicated, via e-mail, after receipt of the articles at the indicated address.

In the case of return of items, refunds will be made within 14 days. The refund may be withheld while the items are not received or while the customer does not provide proof of their return. Taxes or other costs related to either the purchase or the return will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method chosen by the customer.
